Ranch and Naturally Raised, Dry-Aged Belted Galloway Beef
The $1950 price includes harvest, processing, and packaging fees, dry-aging, and vacuum-sealed packaging.
$500 deposit, beef delivered 1-3 months after deposit
Remaining $1450 due at time of delivery/pick up, check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Share is a minimum of 150 lbs of beef, to include:
75-80 pounds Ground beef
20-25 pounds of slow cookers (Roasts - Rump, Arm, Shoulder Clod, Chuck, Round/London Broil, Sirloin Tip, and Brisket, Stew Meat)
10-15 pounds of braising cuts (Short Ribs, Osso Buco)
14-18 pounds of family steaks (Top Sirloin, Skirt, Flat Iron, Flank)
12-15 pounds of premium steaks (Porterhouse, T-bone, Ribeye, Filet mignon)
10-12 pounds of Bones, Special Cuts (see list below)
1 - 2 of the following : tongue, oxtail, beef liver, beef heart, cheeks (rank your preferences 1-4 in the notes at check out)
Meat is vacuum packed to maximize freezer space. Requires up to 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space. Delivery or pick up only. Come by the ranch to pick up and we'll feed you lunch.
Free delivery (up to 150 miles). Sometimes we can deliver to Bay Area and SLO, inquire via email.
