Ribeye Steak

Our dry-aged ribeye is a cut taken from the rib section of beef cattle.  These steaks are very tender and juicy cut of meat. Cook these steaks to medium-rare to allow the fat to render and really flavor the meat.  This is Regina's favorite cut of steak to have with a glass of Syrah.
