Buckaroo (Chuck) Steak

This classic cut is also known as a Delmonico Steak or Chuck Eye Steak. This beef cut is from the chuck and makes a great weekday meal.  It is sometimes called, "The Poor Man's Ribeye."  Our butcher labels this cut as a Rancher or Chuck Eye Steak.  There's 2 steaks in one package.
