Share of minimum 70 lbs. includes:

• 35-40 pounds of ground beef

  8-12 pounds of roasts, brisket

  6-8 pounds of assorted braised cuts(i.e. Short Ribs, Osso Buco)

  8-10 pounds of family steaks (i.e. Top Sirloin, Skirt, Denver,)

  8-10 pounds of premium steaks (i.e. Porterhouse, T-Bone, Filet Mignon, Ribeye)

  Optional : bones, special cuts (see list below)

Meat is vacuum packed to maximize freezer space.  Requires 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space.  Come by the ranch to pick up your beef and we'll feed you lunch. 

We also offer free delivery (enter code Ship Free) within 150 mile delivery area.  Sometimes we deliver to areas farther than 150 miles, to the Bay Area and SLO, inquire via email.
