$1000 price includes harvest and processing fees, dry-aging, and vacuum-sealed packaging. Delivered or shipped within 3-6 weeks after order.
$500 deposit, beef delivered 1-3 months after deposit
Remaining $500 due at time of delivery/pick up.
Share of minimum 75 lbs. includes:

35-40 pounds of ground beef
12-15+ pounds of roasts, brisket
6-8+ pounds of assorted ribs (i.e. Short Ribs, Osso Buco, Beef Ribs, Korean Ribs)
10-12 pounds of family steaks (i.e. Top Sirloin, Skirt, Buckaroo,)
10-12 pounds of premium steaks (i.e. Porterhouse, T-Bone, New York, Filet Mignon, Ribeye)
Optional : bones, tallow

Meat is vacuum packed to maximize freezer space. Requires 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space. Free delivery (enter code Ship Free) within 200 mile delivery area. Sometimes we deliver to areas farther than 200 miles in the Bay Area and PDX, inquire via email.
