The $1750 price includes harvest, processing, and packagin fees, dry-aging, and vacuum-sealed packaging.
$500 deposit, beef delivered 1-3 months after deposit
Remaining $1250 due at time of delivery.
Share is a minimum of 160 lbs of beef, to include:
75 pounds of ground beef
24 pounds of roasts, brisket
15 pounds of ribs (Short Ribs, Back Ribs, Korean Ribs, Osso Buco)
25 pounds of family steaks (Top Sirloin, Skirt, Buckaroos, etc.)
20 pounds of premium steaks (Porterhouse, T-bone, Ribeye, Filet Mignon)
Bones, tallow
1 of the following : tongue, oxtail, beef liver, beef heart, cheeks* only 2 available per share so please rank your preferences 1-4)
Requires 8-10 cubic feet or freezer space. Delivery or pick up only. Free delivery (up to 350 miles).
