The $1750 price includes harvest and processing fees, dry-aging, and vacuum-sealed packaging.
$500 deposit, beef delivered 3-4 months after deposit
Remaining $1250 due at time of delivery.
Share is a minimum of 160 lbs of beef, to include:
75 pounds of ground beef
24 pounds of roasts
15 pounds of Short Ribs and/or Osso Buco
25 pounds of family steaks (round, sirloin)
20 pounds of premium steaks (porterhouse, t-bone, ribeye, filet mignon)
Optional : bones
