For your Beltie Beef Share Slow Cooking box, we will gather:

-1 Brisket (4-5 lbs.)

-2 Roasts (4-5 lbs.) London Broil, Shoulder Clod, Cross Rib Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, or Arm Roast

-1 Beef Shank Pack (2 lbs.)

-1 Broth or Marrow bone Pack (2 lbs.)

-2 lbs. of Ground Beef
