We get actually get 4 beautiful seasons here on the ranch.  And, each one is lovely.  Our seasonal, dry-aged Beltie Beef grilling boxes celebrate the best of each season on the ranch. 

We offer a grilling sample box for $120.

For your Beltie Beef Grilling box, we will gather:

-3 lbs. of Premium Steaks - Boneless Ribeye, New Yorks, Filets, T-Bones, or Porterhouses

-2 lbs. Family Steaks - Buckaroo (sometimes called Chuck Eye), Top Sirloin, Hanger, Skirt, or Teres Major  Steaks

-4 lbs. of Ground Beef
