We get actually get 4 beautiful seasons here on the ranch.  And, each one is lovely.  Our seasonal, dry-aged Beltie Beef grilling boxes celebrate the best of each season on the ranch. 

We offer a grilling sample box for $140.

For your Beltie Beef Grilling box, we will gather:

-2  Premium Steaks - Ribeye, New Yorks, Filets, T-Bones, or Porterhouses

-2 Family Steaks - Buckaroo/Chuck Eye or Top Sirloin

-1 pack of Flanken-cut/Korean-style Ribs or Beef Ribs

-5 lbs. of Single Sourced Ground Beef
