Beef Marrow Bones - French Cut
Marrow bones are perfect for bone broth, just add your favorite Italian spices with garlic or Asian spices with ginger to make delicious bone broth.
These French Cut or Canoe Cut bones are also good with stock, dog treats, or you can roast the bones and use the marrow the same way you would use butter: on toast, roast vegetables with it, or on your steak. Bones come in 1.5 -2.0 lbs. packages.
