Beef Marrow Bones - French Cut

French Cut or Canoe Cut bones are delicious roasted.  You can use the roasted marrow the same way you would use butter: on toast, roast vegetables with it, or on your steak.  Bones come in 2.0-2.5 lbs. packages.

Marrow bones are also perfect for bone broth, just add your favorite Italian spices with garlic or Asian spices with ginger to make delicious bone broth.
