Cross Rib Steak

Beef cross rib steak, also called beef shoulder steak in the United States, is  economical and flavorful and can be tenderized with a delicious marinade. Remember to slice the beef against the grain into thin slices for chewy, steak-tasting bites. 
You can treat it like a roast and slow cook it in a braising liquid for a variety of dishes such as Asian Beef and Curry bowls.  Sold in 3.5 - 4.0 lbs. packages.
